INSPIRING EDUCATORS TO REIMAGINE LEARNING AND INSTRUCTION

David Nicholson , founder of the Stiles-Nicholson Foundation, has provided a generous $2 million investment to establish the Stiles-Nicholson STEM Teacher Academy (SNSTA). The goal of the Academy is to inspire educators to reframe learning and instruction by developing teachers in STEM education. The SNSTA is built on the premise that every teacher who steps in front of the classroom will have an immediate multiplier effect.

By developing and offering experiential professional learning opportunities and experiences for educators, the Academy will provide the resources by which educators will inform instruction, inspire innovation and creativity, and craft a lasting educational benefit for students.

The Foundation has also contributed $10 million to FAU to launch the Stiles-Nicholson Brain Institute on the Jupiter campus for Neuroscience research, education, and community engagement.
