STEMpowering Schools (Leader Series)

This STEM leadership workshop guided school leaders through understanding change management and building actionable STEM integration plans. In the morning, participants explored STEM pedagogies, identified barriers to implementation, and examined strategies for managing change. The afternoon shifted to hands‑on planning, where leaders reimagined assessment, developed strategic STEM roadmaps—including 90‑day and 12‑month plans—and considered long‑term sustainability and funding. By the end of the day, each team left with a draft STEM Integration Strategic Plan built to drive meaningful, system‑level transformation.
