November brought the debut of SNSTA virtual workshop offerings with two powerful professional learning experiences led by Dr. Angela Moran, ret. USNA Mechanical Engineering Professor and founder of Engineers on Deck, Inc.:
“Introduction to Cybersecurity, Programming & the Engineering Design Process” welcomed 21 participants on November 1, expanding teachers' toolkits for 21st-century learning. This was the first of our online offerings and teachers were ultimately excited to have this great benefit of working from the comfort of their home.
On Saturday, November 8, 2025, “STEM Talent Search: Discovering and Nurturing Tomorrow’s Innovators” gathered 10 dedicated teachers committed to supporting advanced learners.
