What better place to explore authentic, place-based STEM learning than along South Florida's coastline? Educators joined SNSTA at Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach for an immersive professional learning experience connecting science, environmental education, conservation, and real-world inquiry. Participants explored ways to use authentic local phenomena and environmental challenges to create meaningful learning experiences that encourage students to ask questions, investigate problems, and make connections between classroom learning and the world around them.
