Bringing Professional Learning to Entire School Districts
Monday, Sep 21, 2026
One of the most exciting areas of growth for the Center for Educational Strategy & Innovation this year is our expanding work with school districts across Florida. Rather than offering professional learning only to individual educators, the Center is increasingly partnering directly with districts to provide customized, high-quality professional development aligned with local priorities and the needs of their educators.
On September 21, the Center expanded its outreach through a districtwide professional development day with Collier County Public Schools (CCPS). Hosted at Barron Collier High School, the conference-style event brought together more than 100 CCPS teachers from 18 schools for mathematics and science sessions.
More than 55% of participating schools were Title I schools, providing an opportunity to reach educators and students across a broad range of school communities.
Skip Tyler and Eric Rhoades of CTLG Group represented the Center as facilitators, leading several engaging mathematics and science sessions.
