Inquiry as Art: Sparking Critical Thinking in PBL through Creativity

Facilitated by Florida Department of Education Teachers of the Year  Lindsey Wuest  (FAU Lab Schools) and  Kimberly Stalker  (School District of Palm Beach County), this energizing workshop helped teachers integrate art into STEM and project-based learning models. Through hands-on exploration, participants learned strategies for fostering creativity, managing materials efficiently, and assessing artistic inquiry fairly—all while discovering how art-based inquiry deepens student understanding. Each educator left with classroom-ready lesson plans, drawing  guides, and another complimentary STEM kit to inspire creativity back at school.
