Educators began the year in the beautiful Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens, where they spent a full day immersed in connection, creativity, and discovery.

Lindsey Wuest, M.Ed., led Colorful Climates: Teaching Climate Change Through Art, a workshop blending environmental science and visual art to help teachers make complex climate concepts tangible and engaging. Participants explored Florida ecosystems through both data and design, transforming climate learning into a creative expression of stewardship.

Simultaneously, technology and innovation took center stage as Jenn Donais presented her Using AI to Foster the 4Cs in Your Students (AI + Creativity Level 3) workshop. Teachers experimented with classroom-ready AI tools, exploring practical ways to nurture creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration, all while discussing ethical and purposeful tech integration.
